To maintain the highest standards for our group transportation services between Vancouver, Whistler, and beyond, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following transportation policies and terms:

We are pleased to offer chauffeur services during your stay anywhere in British Columbia, ensuring seamless and reliable transportation throughout your trip. To help us provide the best possible service, we kindly request the following details when booking with us:

• The length of your stay
• The address of your accommodation
• A mobile phone number for contact during your trip

Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring you arrive at your destinations on time. To help us meet these goals, please notify your chauffeur at least 30 minutes in advance if you require transportation. For optimal efficiency, we recommend providing a trip itinerary in advance. While this is not required, it helps us plan and deliver a flawless service experience.

Please note that road conditions in Whistler, particularly during winter, can be unpredictable. The buffer time allows us to safely navigate these challenges and reach your location promptly. Your cooperation ensures we maintain the high standards of punctuality and professionalism that define Whistler Black Chauffeurs.

Pets are welcome aboard our group transportation services, but they must be transported in a designated pet crate to ensure passenger safety and comfort for all. Any damage caused by a pet will be the owner’s responsibility. To help us accommodate both your pet and luggage needs during your journey between Vancouver, Whistler, or other destinations, please inform us in advance. We will advise you on the available luggage space to ensure a smooth travel experience.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled service will incur a 50% charge, with the remaining 50% refunded. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not be charged. As part of our transportation policy, we are not responsible for delays caused by airline schedule changes, lost luggage, immigration delays, weather, road closures, or traffic conditions. For a seamless Whistler or Vancouver transportation experience, we recommend planning ahead to mitigate potential disruptions.

As part of our transportation policy, any damage, spills, or stains caused during your ride will result in charges to cover repair or cleaning costs. To ensure the comfort and passenger safety of everyone using our group transportation services in Vancouver, Whistler, and beyond, we kindly ask that clients treat our vehicles with care and respect to maintain their pristine condition.

To ensure passenger safety and maintain a professional environment, smoking, alcohol consumption, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles. Any violence, aggression, or threatening behavior toward our drivers will not be tolerated under any circumstances. If a driver feels threatened or in danger due to a client’s actions, we reserve the right to terminate the ride immediately without a refund. Violations of these transportation policies may result in additional charges or refusal of future service for all group transportation services between Vancouver, Whistler, or other destinations.

One complimentary stop of up to 20 minutes is allowed for restroom or quick errands.  Additional stops may be accommodated depending on the schedule for that day:

• If the schedule allows: We may extend the length or frequency of stops.
• If the schedule is busy: We will adhere strictly to the 20-minute complimentary stop limit, except in cases of emergency.

Extended stops or extra stops beyond what is complimentary may incur additional charges.

Each ride with our chauffeur service includes complimentary water and light snacks/refreshments to enhance your travel experience. For your comfort and safety, hand sanitizer is available upon request. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your needs and ensure a seamless journey, whether you’re traveling in Vancouver, Whistler, or beyond.
